Terms and Conditions of InnerDriveGolf ltd.
1. Introduction
Welcome to our Junior Golf Camps/Group Lessons ("Program"). By registering your child for the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility
The Program is designed for children aged between 8 and 15 years. Parents or legal guardians must complete the registration, and sign waivers on behalf of the players.

3. Parental Supervision
A parent or legal guardian must remain on the premises for the duration of each lesson. This requirement ensures the safety and well-being of all participants.

4. Program Schedule
Each lesson within the Program is one hour long. We maintain a strict schedule to ensure all participants receive full instruction time.

5. Group Size
To provide personalized attention, and the safety of the players we limit groups to a maximum of five students per hour.

6. Safety and Conduct
Participants are expected to follow all safety guidelines and instructions given by the instructors. Proper conduct must be maintained at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

7. Equipment
Players must provide their own clubs for the lesson duration.

8. Cancellations and Refunds
a) Cancellations by participants must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to qualify for a full refund. Lessons cancelled by us (due to weather or other unforeseeable circumstances) will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
b) Lessons are subject to cancellation if the class is not full for the alotted time. An alternative lesson time will be suggested to the players / parents. If this does not suit, a full refund will be granted.

9. Liability Waiver
By registering for the Program, you waive and release any and all claims of injury, loss, or damage against the Program organizers, instructors, and any associated parties, that may arise from your child’s participation.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
